Work on the foundation of the conference and exhibition center will begin by late October, and thousands of cubic meters of concrete and tons of iron will be required for the construction work.
The project is being built on two blocks of 545,000 square meters. The 16-storey luxury hotel built above the casino will feature 473 rooms, 23 suites, one presidential suite and six lifts. On the ground floor of the complex there will be five world-class restaurants and bars, with international, Mediterranean and Asian cuisine, a 1,700 sq m shopping center inspired by old Nicosia, with well-known companies, a large ballroom, a wellness center and a fitness center.
