Through various actions and initiatives, the Limassol Chamber of Commerce & Industry strengthens its role not only as a promoter of entrepreneurship but also as a pillar of social sensitivity and solidarity. In a brief ceremony held in January 2025, the Limassol Chamber made donations to charitable organizations in the city and district of Limassol. President Andreas Tsiouloftas praised the work carried out by these philanthropic institutions, emphasizing their tangible support for underprivileged people. The representatives of these organizations, after presenting an overview of their activities and outlining the challenges they face at various levels, expressed their gratitude for the longstanding support provided by the Limassol Chamber. They highlighted that this support significantly facilitates their mission.
In December 2024, with the support of its members, collaborators, and friends, the Limassol Chamber successfully completed the collection of essential goods to support the Municipality of Limassol's "Volunteer Corps" and its Food Bank initiative. This year’s effort gathered more goods than ever before, fostering collaboration between businesses, citizens, and local entities to address social challenges. The Limassol Chamber extends its heartfelt thanks to everyone who contributed to this social initiative for the third consecutive year.
