The Limassol Chamber of Commerce and Industry participated in the largest Careers Fair in Cyprus, “Stadiodromia 2026”. The Secretary/Director of the LCCI, Ms. Anthia Papageorgiou, presented the needs and shortages in human resources in the Limassol labour market, as recorded in the Chamber’s Business Barometer, highlighting the challenges local businesses face in attracting and retaining personnel. This was followed by a dialogue with the audience, with an exchange of views and clarification on the current challenges facing the labor market.

28/01/26 | Workshop: Statistics & Data in Decision-Making
A workshop on the use of statistics and data as decision-making tools in the fields of logistics, warehousing and supply chain management was successfully held at the Limassol Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Participants were introduced to data analysis techniques, the online portals of the Statistical Service of Cyprus and Eurostat, as well as practical case studies and applications in the supply chain. The LCCI warmly thanks the speakers, as well as the co-organisers, the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Enterprise Europe Network Cyprus.

The Limassol Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in collaboration with EY Cyprus, successfully organised a specialised seminar on the upcoming tax reforms and their impact on businesses and individuals. Presentations by experienced tax professionals from EY Cyprus covered the key changes and the underlying rationale of the reforms. CPD certificates were awarded to participants.
