The Limassol Chamber of Commerce and Industry hosted recently at its premises an networking meeting of international companies. The event was organized jointly with the Chamber-based Russian Desk and brought together representatives of Limassol-based
companies from Russia, Lebanon, Jordan, Kuwait, the UK, Germany and other
countries.
Basic objective of the event was to give the opportunity to international companies, members of the Limassol Chamber and the
Cyprus-Russian Business Association to associate with each other and ponder
possibilities of mutual cooperation.
Addressing the 50 or so attendees, Limassol Chamber President Costas Galatariotis said it
was an essentially informal meeting, without any official speeches, aiming
exclusively to present the opportunity to no-Greek speaking business people to
get to know each other and consider the potential of bilateral business deals.
On her part, the head of the Russian Desk Mila Levinsky, hailed the excellent cooperation, with the Limassol Chamber, noting at the same time that the common objective is the promotion of entrepreneurship and such networking events contribute substantially towards the realization of that objective.
