Ιssues concerning the mountainous areas, especially in the Limassol district, were discussed during a recent meeting of the Limassol Chamber with the Commissioner for the development of Mountain Communities, Mr. Charalambos Christofinas.
During the meeting, Mr. Christofinas informed about the actions that have already been undertaken with the aim of upgrading, at various levels, the countryside. He also noted the readiness of his office for optimal cooperation with the Chamber.
The President of the Limassol Chamber Mr. Andreas Tsouloftas referred to the Chamber's interest in the development needs of the district. During the meeting, important issues concerning the development of mountainous Cyprus, but also entrepreneurship in mountainous communities were discussed.
