The Limassol Tourism Development and Promotion Company completed its second outdoor gym at a selected location along the Dasoudi beach. The location of the gym is within walking distance of the Limassol and Famagusta nautical clubs.

Fitness equipment was placed on the sand, in the shade of trees and overlooking the sea. The result is impressive and hundreds of locals and foreign visitors, during the day, enjoy exercising by the sea, in an organized area that combines a walking path, forest, beach services, coastal handball courts and swimming pool in close distance.

During the inauguration that took place last week, the mayor of Germasogeia Mr. Kyriakos Xydias. expressed his thanks to the Limassol Tourism Company for the initiative and noted that it contributes to the overall upgrading of Dasoudi beach. He also noted that Germasogeia Municipality will ensure the infrastructure remains clean and maintained.

As stated by   Mr. Tony Antoniou (Chairman), the Limassol Tourism Company has completed three such projects since the end of 2020 in different Limassol locations. He noted the contribution of the Deputy Ministry of Tourism that funded these actions through LTC and emphasized that the effort will continue in more locations in the Limassol region.
