Marriot
International has given a vote of confidence to Limassol, with its plan to
bring here the Ritz-Carlton Residences, one of the world's top three
residential brands, following a landmark agreement signed with the Marfields
Group.
For
the needs of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, the 33-storey Olympic Resort tower,
being built by the Marfields Group since the beginning of 2020 on the coastal
road in Mouttagiaka, has been redesigned. The project is already in an advanced
stage of construction.
The
coordination, supervision and construction of the project is carried out
internally by Marfields Group, with vast experience in the construction of
five-star hotels, luxury residences, shopping centers and hospitals around the
world. All these, combined with the long experience of managing the
world-renowned Ritz-Carlton chain, will offer the occupants of the 33-storey
tower a unique living environment with hotel services.
"We
are thrilled," said Marfields Managing Director Tal Mashkif, "that
Marriot International entrusted us with such a landmark development, marking
the beginning of a new, exciting era for the city of Limassol, but also by
extension, for Cyprus, since our international construction and design team has
already begun the implementation of the project that brings new standards to
the island's luxury property market.’’
