According to the Department of Town Planning's newsletter, the amendments to the two Special Planning Incentives are aimed at creating more suitable and attractive conditions for the promotion of affordable housing production and the promotion of the production of housing units in general. At the same time, the Minister of Interior has issued an amended Order for Affordable Housing to activate and improve the specific policy provision on the same subject, provided for in the Local Plans.
