Melco's main goal is to attract visitors from the European market and the Eastern Mediterranean due to the huge investment that has been made and the fact that City of Dreams Mediterranean will be the largest of its kind in Europe. At the same time, Melco aims together with the state to combat illegal gambling conducted in the occupied areas.
