Intent on providing its members with accurate information on issues pertinent to their business activities, the Limassol Chamber of Commerce and Industry, has recently cooperated with the World Trade Centre in the organization of two educational seminars, hosted at the Chamber premises.
The first, under the title Halal & Kosher Certification, taught by Greek specialist Thomas Vassaras, dealt with the whole spectrum of issues relating to the specific certification which is either a prerequisite or constitutes a comparative advantage for those engaging in exports to the Arab countries or to Israel.
The second, taught by Thomas Vassaras, along with Pambis Filadarlis (also from Greece) was effectively a practical approach to the export development of Cyprus enterprises, aiming to facilitate their access to tools that would allow them to successfully face the challenges and make optimum use of all available opportunities in today’s globalized economic and entrepreneurial environment.
