The letters of guarantee is one of the most widespread ways of ensuring the payee for the good of invoices / goods payment for performance and accurate operation of a project if the contractor / manufacturer breached the terms of the agreement. The need for training stems from the fact that in the current difficult economic conditions we are experiencing internationally, all parties to a letter of guarantee should be fully informed of the rules of EU, rights and obligations, and the problems and risks they entail.
The program's purpose is just to highlight the importance and use them and to answer common questions associated around forfeiture , payment and obligations of the guarantor.
