The Center for Social Innovation recently organized, in collaboration with the Municipality of Agios Athanasios, the Limassol Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Larnaca Rural Women's Association, a conference on "Contemporary Woman and Balance in Profesional and Personal Life – roles and stereotypes’’, in the context of the Erasmus + Ladies First European Project. The conference concerned both professionals working with women (VET teachers and trainers, psychologists, social workers, etc.) and working women trying to balance their personal and professional lives. During the seminar, which was coordinated by Memnia Theodorou, participants had the opportunity to participate in an experiential workshop and activities aimed at recognizing and tackling gender-based stereotypes in everyday life and in the labor market.
