PNS Restaurants Ltd is a management company, owning 4 subsidiaries all specialising in the Food & Beverage sector. Established in 1997, the group has over the years become one of the dominant players in the catering and hospitality market, by conceiving and developing some of the most recognisable brands in Cyprus. In 2002 PNS Restaurants Ltd and N.P. Lanitis Ltd, joined forces and Carob Mill Restaurants Ltd was formed. PNS Restaurants Ltd, managed and operated Artima Bistro, Karatello Tavern, Draught Microbrewery, Stretto Lounge Café, Richard & Berengaria indoor Ballrooms and Carob Mill Outdoor Catering Services, until October 2017. Carob Mill Restaurants Ltd under the management of PNS Restaurants Ltd had earned a distinct position in the gastronomic map of Limassol and had over the years received several prestigious awards.
The subsidiary companies of the group are CBlueM Restaurants (owns and operates Epsilon Resto Bar, Marina Beach Bar, Il Gusto, Ryan’s Bar & Grill), PNSK Food & Co Ltd (Frankies Social, Milkbar, Gin Fish), PNS Food Point Ltd (owns and operates 4 take-way eating outlets in Limassol) and PNS Food Supplies (leading import and distribution company).
