The Limassol Chamber of Commerce and Industry welcomes the ongoing initiative, headed by the Deputy Minister of Shipping, Natasa Pilides, for the resumption, after many years, of the Cyprus-Greece connection by ship.
This is a development that is in full alignment with a standing position that our Chamber has repeatedly supported in the years since the interruption of the Limassol-Piraeus route nearly two decades ago. The Chamber also welcomes the position of Tourism Deputy Minister Savvas Perdiou, to the effect that the goal is for Limassol remains to become a hub and tourist base.
