The IDEA Innovation Center continues to support, for the 6th consecutive year, young people - young entrepreneurs, who are determined to turn their innovative ideas into a truly sustainable business. The Centre has already started accepting applications for new start-ups and encourages people who can come up with an innovative idea and at the same time have the zeal and determination to implement it, to submit their ideas along with a basic business plan. Those selected will be offered a support package that includes services and cash, up to € 58,000 per start-up, through a program that is tailored and dedicated to leading to the commercialization of their innovation.
The deadline for the submission of applications is February 21, 2021
The IDEA Innovation Center was the recipient of a European Commission award in 2019, standing out among 29 countries, as the best of its kind at European level in promoting entrepreneurship. IDEA is the only integrated, non-profit organization in Cyprus, which aims to create successful start-ups, strengthens the culture of innovation in the country and upgrades Cyprus into a regional innovation centre. It has also won two Cyprus Responsible Business Awards and enjoys an extensive international network.
