The Agency goal is to provide its clients with the correct information regarding all insurance policies and sectors; while at all times following strictly the laws and instructions of the insurance companies and based on the instructions of the Insurance Superintendent who is the Senior Authority.

The company was founded in 1980 under the name Angelos Iaponas LTD. In 2004, it was renamed to Angelos Iaponas Insurance Agency LTD following orders of the Insurance Superintendent. The founder of the company – Angelos Iaponas – has been in the insurance sector since 1971 with the business name Angelos Iaponas Insurance Office.

The sole occupation of the company is the updating and sale of insurance policies in all insurance sectors, along with customer service in case of accidents and claims. The company has a portfolio of 4000 clients, which makes it one of the largest insurance agents in Cyprus.

Company employees, a total of eight people, are properly trained for the respective fields. Employee training is continuous, comprehensive and includes attendance of seminars regarding all sectors of the insurance industry; which are organized by Trust Insurance which we work with, as well as the Cyprus Insurance Institute and the Association of Professional Insurance Brokers.

The company aim is to keep up-to-date on all industry related issues, and to increase the its customer base through correct dissemination of information and service to clients - always in line with Trust’s Insurance guidelines and industry related legislation.
