At an impressive ceremony, the inspiration of architect John Dawes, started from the sea’s waves, and reached the peak of Troodos Mountain. This foundation stone was placed in Limassol Del Mar, in the presence of the President of the Republic of Cyprus. Indeed, in order to achieve the best possible performance of the subject and corporate messages, a 240 sq. and 4D views were created.
As the Chief Executive Officer of the Group D. Zavos and Director of the Joint Venture Cypeir Properties Ltd, Michalis D. Zavos stated "This project will undoubtedly become the most popular destination for residential and commercial development of Cyprus, placing our island on the map of countries with the most imposing and worthwhile projects in the world ". Limassol Del Mar includes168 luxury apartments and 31 shops, restaurants and 24-hour five-star services, with first-stage sales already reaching 85%.
According to the Deputy Chairman of the Leptos Group of Companies and Director of Cypeir Properties Ltd, Pantelis Leptos, the project is a purely Cypriot private initiative and the result of the close cooperation of the two groups, for large-scale projects. "With Limassol Del Mar we are creating a new international identity for Cyprus that is intertwined with quality and forefront" said Mr. Leptos, noting that "the location of the project, its architectural aesthetics, and its manufacturing excellence make it the first choice ".
The project’s architectural design is signed by London's internationally renowned architectural firm Benoy, and more particularly, by John Dawes. After placing the foundation stone, the next goal is to deliver the apartments to their owners and commercial development of the project.
